The Magnatrol 18A44 SOLENOID Valve 1″ N/C 120V SOLENOID Overview The Magnatrol 18A44 is a full port, two-way Normally Closed (N/C) solenoid valve, classified as Type “A” in the Magnatrol series. It is a bronze construction valve designed for general-purpose industrial and commercial fluid control. As an internal pilot-operated or direct-acting valve, it is designed to operate from zero to its maximum differential pressure, requiring no differential pressure to open. The valve opens when the coil is energized (Energize to Open) and closes when power is de-energized. Features Operation: Normally Closed (N/C), opening upon coil energization.
