Pretty low acidity across the board with a medium body. Medium roasts build the chocolaty part of the cup, smooth and sweet. Just a hint of a red fruit in the aromatics and as the cup cools. Darker roasts get a little roasty muting the delicate features of the cup but the roasty and smoky tones do compliment the more chocolaty properties of the cup.
