Cultivated in partnership with 96B and five local farms, with this combination set, you’ll be able to enjoy both 50g of the L1 Natural Process liberica, and 200g of the more approachable L2 Anaerobic Natural Process liberica. The natural process has notes of sesame cookie, sweet red bean paste, fresh bread, and melon candy while the anaerobic natural has notes of passionfruit, pineapple, melon candy, and Peking duck. Both coffees feature a Stevia-like sweetness that is characteristic of liberica coffees.As temperatures rise and traditional coffee cultivation faces challenges, the resilient Liberica species may offer farmers a viable alternative as it thrives in warmer climates.
